About Your New Job as an Academy and Training Officer

• You will play a pivotal role in the organisation's educational and professional development programs
• You will collab with the Education & Training Manager
• You will oversee the delivery and enhancement of training initiatives, ensuring pharmacy professionals across Ireland have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality care and meet regulatory requirements
• You will manage operational systems and foster strong stakeholder relationships
• This role offers a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector

What Skills You Need as an Academy and Training Officer

• 5+ years experience in a similar role
• A qualification in training and/or education or similar
• Experience working with training systems is desirable
• Strong experience dealing with training and education related activities is also desirable
