About Your New Job  

• As a Bus Mechanic, your job will be conducting reactive and planned maintenance on the company vehicle fleet.
• Inspecting vehicles to identify any faults, either electrical, mechanical or hydraulic.
• Using diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot any vehicle faults.
• Meeting maintenance plans to ensure longevity and functionality of the company vehicle fleet.
• Replacing or repairing damaged/malfunctioning components and parts.
• Conducting work in line with safety standards and specifications.

What Skills You Need  

• For this Bus Mechanic job you will have previous experience in a similar position and a recognised QQI Level 6 motor mechanic qualification.
• You will also ideally have experience working on buses, HGVs, or similar.
