My client is a leading IT service and solution supplier who is seeking a Technical Writer (ideally coming from a software development background) to join their growing team in Ireland. This is a fully remote position and the ideal candidate must be technically savvy and able to hit the ground running.

Key Requirements

• You will have 5+ years of experience as a technical writer
• You will have extensive experience working with GitHub
• You will have a strong background in the IT industry
• Background in development or working knowledge of programming languages, Java, JavaScript
• Experience working with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of RBAC, LDAP/AD, JWT, OIDC, and SAML

Job Responsibilities

• You will work with one of the client’s most exciting projects
• You will develop, write, and edit clear and concise technical documentation
• You will collaborate with the development and support team to ensure the accuracy of all written content
• You will create engaging and informative technical blog posts on product features, use cases, and best practices

Education

• B.S or M.S in Computer Science or related field
